"WSS 100 e WST 100 sono le sigle dei due nuovi modelli di aspiraliquidi industriali di Nilfisk-CFM, due versioni per centinaia soluzioni nell'industria che come scarto ha il liquido, ogni tipo di liquido; olii minerali e vegetali, latte, vino, liquori, succhi di frutta, e chi più ne ha più ne metta.
Questi modelli sono stati definiti "intelligenti": tutte le loro funzionalità sono state progettate al fine di risparmiare tempo ed assicurare un operatività impeccabile; per la loro realizzazione è stata seguita la filosofia Nilfisk-CFM secondo la quale quanto più è semplice tanto più è efficiente: si aspira, il galleggiante interrompe l'aspirazione, si aziona la valvola deviatrice e si espelle sotto pressione il liquido già aspirato in pochi secondi. La valvola deviatrice realizzata da Nilfisk-CFM ha la funzione di invertire il flusso di aspirazione al fine di espellere molto velocemente il liquido aspirato attraverso l'apposita valvola di scarico.
WSS e WST sono aspira liquidi monofase, a differenza del modello WSS, il modello WST ha la testata basculante e possono aspirare e smaltire fino a 100 litri di liquidi misti a scarti, ecco un altro strumento "intelligente" per l'industria del liquido."

Collect, the float stops the suction and discharge the collected liquids in few seconds. The diverting valve has to reverse the suction flux for an easy and fast discharge.
WSS and WST are singlephase industrial vacuums for liquids that can collect and discharge 100l of liquids mixed with swarfs. Moreover, model WST is also equipped with a tilting motor-head allowing an easy access to the metal basket: another clever tool for the "liquid industry".

High Rise è un robot telecomandato da terra tramite un sistema wireless, che viene calato dal tetto dei grattacieli, aderendo alle superfici vetrate per mezzo di uno stabilizzatore brevettato che esercitano la giusta pressione per favorire il contatto e potenziare l’azione della spazzola rotante, autopulente, che rimuove lo sporco. L’azione pulente è data dall’utilizzo di acqua pura demineralizzata, che esclude l’impiego di qualsiasi prodotto chimico e quindi non lascia residui inquinanti, assicura una perfetta pulizia (l’acqua demineralizzata infatti è un potente detergente) e un’immediata asciugatura delle superfici. Rispetto alla pulizia manuale delle facciate dei palazzi in vetro, il metodo robotizzato di High Rise, senza operatore in quota, rende quindi le operazioni più sicure ed efficaci permettendo incredibili risparmi sul costo della manodopera e nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente.
L’acqua infatti è fornita da Ultra Pure System, un impianto di purificazione dell’acqua, unico nel suo genere, che abbina il sistema dell’osmosi inversa a quello di deionizzazione, creando acqua pura al 99,9% con un altissimo potere pulente, grazie all’assoluta assenza di residui calcarei o di altri minerali

High Rise is a robot, controlled remotely from the ground by means of a wireless system and lowered from the roof of a skyscraper adhering to the surface of the glass by means of patented thrusters exerting the correct pressure to guarantee contact and optimise the action of the self-cleaning rotary brush which removes the dirt. The surface is cleaned using pure demineralised water without chemical additives. It therefore leaves no pollutant residues and guarantees perfect cleaning (demineralised water is a powerful detergent) and an immediately dry surface. Compared to manual cleaning of glass façades, the robot High Rise method with the operator on the ground makes cleaning safer and more efficient, while greatly reducing labour costs and fully respecting the environment.
The water in fact comes from the Ultra Pure System, a unique water purifier combining a reverse osmosis system and a deionising system to produce 99.9% pure water with an extremely high cleaning power, thanks to the complete absence of lime and other mineral residues.
Combined with a brush and a telescopic extension, the Ultra Pure System can also be used for easy efficient manual cleaning up to a height of 20 m from the ground.

The HDS trolley represents an innovation in its product range as it is made with the most advanced antibacterial systems that are able to reduce completely the bacterium quantity potentially present in the trolley. The HDS trolley, mostly designed for operating theatre, hospitals and nursing homes, reduces drastically the bacterium quantity that can settle in the trolley own structure. The HDS trolley treatment lasts certainly for 3/5 years; after this period the HDS trolley can be used in other cleaning spaces without any problem. La lunga consuetudine a fianco degli operatori ha suggerito a IPC Ready System, leader nella produzione di sistemi di pulizia manuale delle superfici che si caratterizzano per l’adozione delle più avanzate tecnologie, di approfondire ulteriormente la ricerca di materiali performanti, in grado di garantire la massima qualità dei risultati nell’assoluto rispetto dell’ambiente, della necessità di abbattere tempi e costi di lavoro, nonché di assicurare agli operatori minore fatica e maggiore confort. La frangia, inoltre, è confezionata a strisce per moltiplicare l’efficacia pulente; le strisce, infatti, costituiscono altrettanti punti di raccolta dello sporco. La particolare struttura della frangia ne aumenta la scorrevolezza, rendendo l’operazione di lavaggio del pavimento più veloce e agevole, con maggior rendimento per l’operatore e minore fatica, tanto più che le fasi di risciacquo e strizzatura sono drasticamente ridotte, determinando un’autonomia e una resa del 35% in più rispetto ai mops attualmente in uso. Risparmio di acqua, ridotto consumo di detergenti chimici, tempi di lavoro ridotti, incremento della produttività, sicurezza per l’operatore, massima qualità di pulizia: Zebry di IPC Ready System è un sogno diventato realtà.

Ecolabel is the European ecological quality mark which is awarded to the best products and certify their environmental compatibility. It is a voluntary and selective instrument because the ecological label is not only a certificate of excellence for the products with a low environmental impact but it certifies also that the products are supported by a consumer test, a comparison of quality and product performance to a product currently leader on the market. Dualflow is the most hygienic, innovative, elegant and eco-friendly hand dryer existing in the market. It is made of high impact ABS. It features a Microban antibacterial protection injected in the drying area which enables to dry hands in the cleanest and most hygienic way available nowadays.
Dualflow is also an ecological hand dryer with low power consumption and automatic disconnection after 23 seconds of continuous use.
Dualflow is available in three different finishes: white, satin and bright.

Machflow is the most unique, fast, intelligent, eco-friendly and powerful hand dryer, made in stainless steel, available in the market. With a maximum speed of 325 km/h, Machflow permits to dry hands in only 8 to 12 seconds.

Aspiratori di sicurezza Kronos PF ESM, Zeus PF ESM e Domus IR ESH
In questa nuova gamma di aspiratori si concentrano soluzioni per i difficili problemi di pulizia nell’artigianato, nell’industria o nelle applicazioni speciali: raccogliere e trattenere in modo sicuro e certificato sostanze molto fini e/o pericolose, prodotte o disperse attraverso l’utilizzo di comuni elettroutensili, senza la frequente necessità di apertura della macchina per ripulire il filtro.
Gli aspiratori sono quindi: certificati interamente (non solo il filtro) per aspirare e trattenere polveri di classe M (Kronos ESM, Zeus ESM) o H (Domus ESH); dotati di presa elettroutensile per il funzionamento in automatico con accensione e spegnimento (ritardato) sincronizzato; equipaggiati di uno scuoti filtro elettrico che facilita la pulizia e prolunga la durata del filtro, senza dover aprire la macchina.
Le caratteristiche tecniche sono crescenti al variare dei modelli: per numero di motori (1-2), classe di filtraggio e numero di filtri (M – H / 2 - 3), volume di raccolta e materiale del fusto, tipologia di carrello (fisso o ribaltabile); sono in grado di soddisfare le più disparate necessità di applicazioni.

Lavasciuga pavimenti Comfort XS 82 UP
Il modello di grande successo XS cresce in pista di pulizia ed adotta sistemi automatici di sollevamento / discesa del piatto spazzola e dello squeegee. Ora può essere anche equipaggiata con caricabatteria a bordo. Aumenta la produttività oraria ed il comfort di utilizzo nelle stesse minime dimensioni di ingombro che rendono la macchina agile, reattiva e flessibile. Un altro passo avanti per affrontare la continua sfida della competitività.
Equipaggia a richiesta monoblocchi a 6V x 4 = 24V da 240Ah C5, per una grande autonomia di lavoro; pista di pulizia da 82cm con due spazzole a disco; sollevamento del gruppo di lavaggio e dello squeegee con attuatori elettromeccanici.

Idropulitrice statica ad acqua calda HHP
Lo stato dell’arte dell’idropulitrice ad alta pressione ad acqua calda trova la sua collocazione in una sua struttura verniciata o completamente in acciaio inox, impermeabile alle intemperie ed ancorabile al terreno. Non è più necessario spostare dentro o fuori l’idropulitrice che invece è sempre pronta all’uso e protetta contro azionamenti indesiderati. Le diverse possibilità di equipaggiamento prevedono: coibentazione e riscaldamento interno con termostato, gettoniera, controllo fiamma, avvolgi tubo retrattile e palo di sostegno tubo alta pressione girevole.
In tutte le versioni sono previsti motore raffreddato ad acqua a doppio cuscinetto accoppiato con giunto elastico alla pompa in linea con testata in ottone e di grandi dimensioni. L’ erogazione detergente è in alta pressione attraverso una pompa dosatrice con regolazione fine. I controlli di sicurezza prevedono lo stop automatico in bassa tensione temporizzato, il controllo delle perdite, della presenza dell’acqua e dell’operatore. Il pannello di controllo è protetto da utilizzi indesiderati e comanda accensione, acqua calda ed erogazione detergente. Sono previsti inoltre il serbatoio gasolio con il controllo riserva ed il serbatoio detergente. Completa la dotazione, la caldaia ad alto rendimento con pompa gasolio bi-tubo e motorino di ventilazione indipendente.


Safety vacuums : Kronos PF ESM, Zeus PF ESM e Domus IR ESH

In this new range of vacuums they are included all solutions for the difficult problems of cleaning in the handicraft , in the industry or in the special applications: to be able to collect and retain in a safe and certified way dangerous and / or fine dust produced or spread through the use of power tools, without the frequent inspection of the machine in order to clean up the filter.
Vacuums are therefore: certificates entirely (not only the filters) in order to be able to collect and retain powders of M class (Kronos ESM, Zeus ESM) or H class (Domus ESH); equipped with power socket for the automatic operation with ON and OFF (delayed) synchronized; equipped with electric filter shaker that facilitates the cleansing and extends the duration of the filter, without having to open the machine.
The technical characteristics are increasing accordingly to varying of the models: for number of motors (1-2), class of filtering and number of filters (M - H/2 - 3), volume of collection and material of the tank, type of trolley (fixed or tilting); any disparate necessities of applications could be satisfied.

Scrubber dryer Comfort XS 82 UP
The successful model XS grows in cleaning path and adopts automatic systems for lifting up and down brush plate and the squeegee. Now it can be also equipped with on-board battery charger. Hours productivity and comfort of use are increased keeping the same minimum dimensions that render the machine agile, reactive and flexible. Another step ahead in order to face the continuous challenge of the competitiveness.
It can be equipped with 6V x 4 = 24V batteries at 240Ah C5, for a great working autonomy; cleaning path of 82cm with two disc brushes; raising of brush plate and the squeegee with electromechanical actuators.

Hot static pressure washer HHP
The state of the art of the hot high pressure cleaner finds its positioning in a painted or stainless steel structure, waterproof against weather condition and fixable to the ground. It is not more necessary to move within or outside the mobile machine that instead is always ready to the use and protect against undesired operation. The various options possibilities are: temperature insulation and inner heating with thermostat, coin machine, flame control, self retractable high pressure hose reel and high pressure hose twisting support.
In all the versions are fit double roller bearing water cooled motor with elastic joint to the crankshaft pump with brass head and of great dimensions. The detergent delivery is in high pressure through a dose pump with fine regulation. The safety controls are the delayed low tension automatic stop , leak detection, water and operator presence control. The control panel is protected from undesired use and switch on main power, hot water and detergent distribution. They are provided the diesel tank with low fuel cut-off and the detergent tank. It completes the equipment, the high efficiency boiler with bi-tube diesel pump and independent ventilation motor.

La continua ricerca di soluzioni innovative rende possibile ora l’equipaggiamento della macchina con una batteria al Litio e caricabatteria integrato. Queste macchine sono un vero e proprio mix di potenza, efficienza ed affidabilità! Ideata per ottenere il massimo rendimento di pulizia con il minimo sforzo, la gamma OPTIMA unisce la forza pulente dell’alta pressione all’ampia portata d’acqua, offrendo ottime prestazioni sia in termini di consumi che in termini di pulito. Quattro ruote di grande diametro che rendono la macchina più stabile e più facilmente trasportabile. Ottima manovrabilità in ogni tipo di superfice (cemento, strerrato, ghiaia, ecc...).

I modelli Optima 175 4W e 195 4W sono disponibili con Total Stop ritardato (TSR), dispositivo che interrompe il funzionamento della macchina dopo 30’’ dalla chiusura della pistola e la fa ripartire alla riapertura della pistola, con motore elettrico a 4 poli (1400 rpm) a servizio continuo, con doppio cuscinetto e protetto termicamente. Garantisce così una durata ancor superiore ai componenti meccanici. La pressione varia dai 175 bar ai 195 bar, la portata da 800 l/h a 900 l/h. La potenza assorbita in kW è di 5,5 nel modello 175 4W e di 6,5 nei modelli 195 4W. La temperatura dell’acqua in uscita è di 140°C e il consumo olio è di 5,8 kg/h su entrambi i modelli.

Winit presents its new Portable Unit MLC 112 at the PULIRE 2009 Trade Exhibition in Verona (Italy) . This new Time & Attendance portable unit uses a GSM/GPRS module that can perform an eventual automatic data transmission to the main office both in the scheduled (via GSM) and in the on-line way (via GPRS).This new capabilities avoid the problem of the manual data downloading; there is also a possibility to use an additional GPS module which can define the actual position of the employee at the moment of recording. Così la lavasciuga pavimenti è diventata anche spazzatrice: CT 160 75R Sweep, infatti, è dotata di un roll bar anteriore con impianto spazzante, che prepara il pavimento per il lavaggio, consentendo la raccolta dei detriti, i quali sono convogliati dalle spazzole laterali verso la testata a rulli lavanti e vengono raccolti in un apposito cassetto porta rifiuti, posizionato posteriormente rispetto alle spazzole.

Questo sistema, che assomma le due eccellenze del floor care IPC Gansow, garantisce la massima efficacia di pulizia su tutte le superfici, in particolare dove occorra operare a filo muro, che, di norma, rappresenta un punto critico per la pulizia meccanica.

Così la lavasciuga pavimenti è diventata anche spazzatrice: CT 160 75R Sweep, infatti, è dotata di un roll bar anteriore con impianto spazzante, che prepara il pavimento per il lavaggio, consentendo la raccolta dei detriti, i quali sono convogliati dalle spazzole laterali verso la testata a rulli lavanti e vengono raccolti in un apposito cassetto porta rifiuti, posizionato posteriormente rispetto alle spazzole.

EASY, IL DORSALE TRACOLLABILE
E’ un aspirapolvere dorsale leggero e compatto. È stato pensato per muoversi in ambienti piccoli (tra le scrivanie in un ufficio, le poltrone in un teatro, in un monolocale eccetera), dove l’operatore deve utilizzare anche altri attrezzi per pulizia, quindi deve avere le mani libere all’occorrenza, senza dover pensare se e dove appoggiare l’aspirapolvere.
L’esigenza di praticità ha rinvigorito la caratteristica peculiare di IPC Soteco, quella di sapere, all’occorrenza, far saltare tutti gli schemi “tradizionali”: da qui la scelta di realizzare un aspirapolvere versatile ma, soprattutto, semplice e facile da trasportare. Ed ecco Easy, il “tracollabile”, un aspirapolvere dorsale, ma non solo.
Un “TRACOLLABILE” può essere indossato come fosse una borsa a tracolla, in quanto di peso ridotto. Tuttavia, a lungo andare, anche un peso ridotto grava sulla spalla dell’operatore, affaticandolo e riducendone la produttività. Un inutile e dannoso spreco di energia. Easy risolve questo problema, perché, in presenza di un lavoro prolungato e senza interruzioni, può diventare dorsale, quindi distribuire il peso sulla schiena, diminuendo la fatica dell’operatore, agevolandone il lavoro e rendendolo più soddisfacente
La praticità del “TRACOLLABILE” EASY” è ulteriormente confermata dalla semplicità di costruzione, che si traduce un minore numero di componenti (caratterizzati però dalla tradizionale eccellente qualità IPC Soteco) ma in maggiore robustezza, minore possibilità di guasti, e, da ultimo ma non ultimo, in interessante contenimento dei costi. Quindi, nel linguaggio IPC Soteco, semplice vuol dire robusto, economico e affidabile.
Inoltre l’apparecchio è anche soffiante e può essere usato per spingere detriti leggeri in un angolo (e quindi raccoglierli più agevolmente), per asciugare le superfici o anche per scaldare un ambiente (la temperatura dell’aria in uscita è attorno a 40°C!).
Tutto questo si è ottenuto contenendo il rumore a livelli molto bassi; i primi prototipi sono stati sotto i 64 dB .
EASY può anche funzionare a batteria, eliminando il cavo elettrico e aumentando la facilità di trasporto. Tuttavia, con la consueta trasparenza che contraddistingue la politica commerciale IPC Soteco, è bene tenere presente che la tecnologia delle batterie sulle macchine trasportabili è ancora giovane e, anche se molti costruttori declamano prestazioni incredibili, rimangono a oggi per tutti delle limitazioni in fatto di durata.
Lo sforzo di IPC Soteco non è mai stato speso per inventare prestazioni inesistenti. Lo spirito che ha sempre contraddistinto IPC Soteco è sempre stato quello di fornire dati reali nel limite delle tolleranze consentite, impiegando energie per sviluppare soluzioni reali a partire da concrete considerazioni.
Una prima concreta considerazione: ogni watt bruciato e non usato è un watt sprecato che toglie potenza e durata all’apparecchio. Più è efficiente il sistema, migliori saranno le prestazioni quindi, eliminando il più possibile gli sprechi si avrà maggiore efficienza e maggiore durata.
IPC Soteco ha ulteriormente sviluppato questo concetto: perché montare motori potenti, se poi si utilizza solo una certa percentuale di quella potenza? Meglio dare alla macchina una potenza sufficiente per lavorare in modo efficace e quindi ottenere una durata maggiore.
Sfruttando la tecnologia delle batterie LiOH, accoppiando motori ad alta efficienza e un’elettronica molto fine, abbiamo ottenuto una macchina ad alte performance.
PLANET FLOW MIX: GLI ASPIRATORI CHE NON TEMONO CONFRONTI
Fa il suo debutto il PLANET FLOW MIX, un aspiratore dalle prestazioni allineate con i modelli concorrenti, ma dai consumi più contenuti.
Lo sviluppo del sistema FLOW MIX, esclusivo di IPC Soteco, che incrementa di oltre il 70% la capacità di aspirazione e l’efficienza delle prestazioni, ha portato gli aspiratori di media potenza di IPC Soteco a non avere rivali nella rispettiva fascia di mercato e a potersi confrontare con i modelli più grandi anche Trifase.
La conseguenza logica è stata quella di dotare le macchine grandi con tale sistema, cosi da ridurre le potenze installate, pur mantenendo la qualità delle prestazioni, pari a quelle di turbine più pesanti e dispendiose.
PLANET BAT FLOW MIX: QUANDO I PARTICOLARI FANNO LA DIFFERENZA
Si può migliorare l’eccellenza? IPC Soteco l’ha fatto: usando batterie al GEL sul PLANET FLOW MIX, si sono ottenuti buoni risultati sia di durata sia di efficacia di aspirazione; per ottimizzare al massimo il sistema, la tecnologia INVERTER ha consentito di ottenere una macchina che funziona indistintamente sia a cavo sia a batteria.

Già presentato ad AMSTERDAM 2008, PLANET MOBILE, aspiratore endotermico, con motore a scoppio, per Pulire 2009 si rifà il look e diventa più compatto, per rispondere alle esigenze di agilità e rapidità d’uso.
PLANET MOBILE S consente una maggiore facilità di movimenti e agevola ulteriormente il lavoro degli operatori.
PLANET MOBILE S ha una maggiore durata, in quanto è stato cambiato il fattore di potenza, staccando il cavo e riempiendo il serbatoio di benzina.
Come abbiamo già detto, Soteco non inventa solo macchine, ma concetti.
SERIE 2000, NUOVO CONCETTO DI FILTRAZIONE
Due sono i punti critici della filtrazione: la difficoltà di separazione della polvere dall’aria aspirata e l’intasamento del filtro durante il lavoro. I rischi connessi a entrambi sono il decadimento delle prestazioni e il fermo macchina per manutenzione.
Il primo elemento di criticità è stato spesso risolto con filtri, cartucce e vari materiali porosi, il secondo con sistemi più o meno efficienti di scuotimento soffiaggio e quant’altro.
IPC Soteco si è chiesta: e se si facesse in modo che il filtro si sporcasse il meno possibile tanto da poter mantenere inalterate le caratteristiche della macchina per maggior tempo?
Per risolvere il problema non era sufficiente proteggere il filtro, occorreva anche una compensazione dell’aria sul filtro: è nata così la camicia protezione filtro per polvere fine (SERIE 2000).
Questa camicia, che protegge fisicamente la cartuccia filtro, è compensata, ovvero è stata studiata in modo che la fluidodinamica dell’aria aspirata all’interno del fusto separi i detriti anche molto leggeri (una polvere fine come il cemento per esempio) dall’aria che passerà dal filtro, giocando sulla diversa depressione e velocità della polvere attorno alla camicia.
I test condotti con polvere di cemento hanno evidenziato che l’efficienza del filtro rimane tale fino al completo riempimento del fusto. La macchina può anche essere dotata di Scuotifiltro battente, per cui la manutenzione del filtro risulta quasi inesistente.
LA POLITICA AMBIENTALE DI IPC SOTECO
Se tutto il mondo sta riscoprendo ora il valore dell’ecologia e dell’ambiente, perché la crisi li ha resi convenienti, IPC Soteco già da 2 anni ne è consapevole e investe in sviluppo sostenibile. IPC Soteco è stata la prima azienda al mondo a proporre WOODY, aspirapolvere con fusto in cartone, che ha ridotto del 40% le plastiche riciclabili - non biodegradabili della macchina.
Oggi andiamo ancora oltre, con l’introduzione di nuovi materiali, dai biodegradabili che salvaguardano l’ambiente, agli antibatterici, che tutelano la salute degli operatori e degli utenti.
Per IPC Soteco sviluppo sostenibile significa, per esempio, ridurre le potenze dei motori, per abbattere i consumi, pur incrementando le performance (i nuovi PLANET consumano la metà a parità di caratteristiche!); ridurre i pesi, pur incrementando la robustezza, per diminuire l’utilizzo di materie prime e tutelare la salute dei lavoratori.
Ed è questa la vera rivoluzione: rompere gli schemi, abbattere i luoghi comuni e operare in trasparenza sempre!
IPC SOTECO vuole distruggere il luogo comune che un aspirapolvere con tanti WATT sia migliore di uno con meno: invece è solo più potente e consuma più degli altri.
L’ambiente si rispetta consumando meno, ma soprattutto consumando meglio. IPC Soteco ha già cominciato lo studio della riduzione delle potenze installate - aspiratori meno potenti dalle prestazioni uguali – e ha inventato gli ECOWATT per aiutare il consumatore a capire.
Facciamo un esempio: se un aspiratore nuovo con certe caratteristiche di portata e depressione riporta sulla targa 1000W max, e un aspiratore tradizionale, con le stesse caratteristiche di portata e depressione, riporta 1200W max, il nuovo aspiratore avrà 1200 ECOWATT, ma consuma il 20% in meno di corrente!
Se le nostre macchine sono state pensate e costruite per pulire, è giusto che contribuiscano a tenere pulito tutto l’ambiente.
HOSPITAL
La tradizionale macchina Soteco nata per esigenze ospedaliere HOSPITAL, è stata rivista sia per quanto riguarda il Look sia per il contenuto tecnologico. L’estetica è cambiata per la necessità di avere superfici di facile pulizia per evitare l’accumulo di sporcizia all’esterno dell’aspiratore. Anche l’introduzione di plastiche e filtri HEPA antibatterici hanno permesso di rendere più sicuro l’uso di questa macchina in ambienti dove l’igiene è un fattore fondamentale.
Mentre è in corso la severa certificazione H, per le polveri pericolose, in nuovo Hospital è già in grado di garantire un alto livello di sicurezza, infatti grazie ai filtri ed alle plastiche nuove, viene impedita la proliferazione batterica all’interno della macchina quando questa è a riposo. E’ un bel vantaggio aver eliminato una possibile fonte di incubazione batterica e dispersione di germi in un ambiente ospedaliero o civile.

EASY, THE SHOULDER-STRAP BACKPACK VACUUM CLEANER
It is a light, compact backpack vacuum cleaner. It was created for small spaces (between office desks, theatre seats, in a bedsit etc.), where other items must be used for cleaning so hands have to be free without having to think about whether and where to leave the vacuum.
Both practicality and state-of-the-art are featured in the IPC Soteco, which moves away from “traditional” types in order to create a versatile but above all, simple and portable vacuum. Easy is a “shoulder-strap” backpack vacuum, but there is more.
A “SHOULDER-STRAP” vacuum cleaner can also be worn as if it were a shoulder bag, since weighing less. Even so, after a while even light weights can hurt shoulders which tires and less gets done. This is a useless and injurious waste of energy. Easy solves this problem as it can be worn as a backpack for long, uninterrupted jobs thereby distributing weight evenly, causing less tiredness and making the job easier and more satisfying.
The “EASY SHOULDER-STRAP” vacuum is even more practical owing to its simple design exemplified by fewer components (but very high-quality ones traditionally featured in IPC Soteco), resilience, less probability of breakage, and last but not least, great value for money. Strength, economy and reliability are therefore words associated with IPC Soteco.
The device can also work on blow to push light debris into a corner (making it easier to pick up), to dry surfaces, and to heat a room (the outlet air temperature is around 40°C!).
All this is possible making very little noise; the first prototypes were under 64 dB .
EASY also works on batteries, getting rid of the wire and making it more easily portable. However, as the battery technology is still in its infancy in portable devices, PC Soteco would like to state - in keeping with its usual transparent business policy - that even though many manufacturers claim incredible battery performance, they do not last that long.
IPC Soteco has never expended energy on things it can't promise. IPC Soteco's distinguishing spirit has always been the supply of real data that respects admitted tolerance values, investing energy in the development of real solutions starting from concrete ideas.
The first realistic consideration: every Watt consumed and not utilised is a wasted Watt that drains the device's power and life. The more efficient the system, the better it works therefore by eliminating all possible wastage it will be more efficient with a longer life.
IPC Soteco has furthermore developed this concept: why fit a powerful motor if only a part of it is actually used? It's better to fit it with an adequate motor so that it will work efficiently and last longer.
We have achieved a high-performance machine thanks to the technology of Li OH batteries coupled with highly efficient motors and highly tuned electronics.
PLANET FLOW MIX: THE VACUUM THAT HAS NO COMPARISON
PLANET FLOW MIX is making its debut. It is a high-performance vacuum that keeps abreast of the competitors’ models, but is more economic.
The development of the FLOW MIX system which is exclusive to IPC Soteco, has increased its vacuum power and performance by over 70%, beating its rivals in this market and making it comparable only to the bigger models such as Trifase.
The logical consequence has been to fit large machines with this system, thereby decreasing the power installed while maintaining performance quality equal to heavier and more expensive turbines.
PLANET BAT FLOW MIX: WHEN DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Can you improve excellence? IPC Soteco has done just that: using GEL batteries in the PLANET FLOW MIX, good results have been achieved in terms of vacuum duration and efficiency. PLANET MOBILE S: SLIMMER, MORE AGILE, EASIER
PLANET MOBILE was presented in AMSTERDAM 2008. This is an endothermic combustion engine vacuum cleaner and for Pulire 2009 it has had a make-over becoming more compact responding to the need for a more agile and faster vacuum.
PLANET MOBILE S facilitates movement and user's work even more.
PLANET MOBILE S lasts longer as its power factor was changed removing the wire and filling the tank with petrol.
As we have already stated, Soteco doesn't only invent machines, it also creates concepts.
THE 2000 SERIES, A NEW CONCEPT FOR FILTERS
There are two critical points regarding filters: the difficulty in separating the dust from the vacuumed air and filter blockage during operation. These can cause a decrease in operational power and the machine may have to be turned off for maintenance.
The first point has often been resolved through the use of filters, cartridges and various other porous materials and the second point with relatively efficient blow-shake systems etc.
IPC Soteco asked itself whether the filter could get less dirty keeping the same machine features for longer?
In order to solve the problem, it wasn't enough to protect the filter but to compensate the air on the filter so from there, the fine-dust filter protection jacket was created (SERIES 2000).
This jacket was studied in such a way that the fluid dynamics of vacuumed air in the canister (which physically protects the filter cartridge), separates the lightest debris (fine dust like cement for example) from the air running through the filter, managing the speed and pressure created by the dust around the jacket.
The tests conducted with cement dust have shown that the efficiency of the filter stays the same as the canister is completely filled. The machine can also be fitted with a shutter filter shaker so that filter maintenance is almost completely eliminated.
IPC SOTECO'S ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
If the whole world is now rediscovering the value of ecology and the environment it's because the economic crisis has brought them to the fore. IPC Soteco has been aware of this for the past 2 years and invests in sustainable development. IPC Soteco was the first company worldwide to have invented WOODY, a cardboard canister vacuum that has cut the machine's non biodegradable plastic recyclables by 40%.
Today we have take another step forward, from new biodegradable materials that will protect the environment to antibacterials that protect user's health.
IPC Soteco believes that sustainable development means a reduction in engine power, keeping consumption to a minimum while improving performance at the same time (the new PLANET models use half the power while having the same features!). By making them light but more resilient and keeping the use of raw materials low, workers' health is protected.
The real revolution is to break down preconceived notions and the commonplace and to work openly everywhere!
IPC SOTECO wants to destroy the commonplace idea that a high WATTAGE vacuum is better than one with lower. It is only more powerful and uses more than the others.
Environmentally-friendly means less consumption but, above all, better quality-consumption. IPC Soteco has already begun to research power reduction – less powerful vacuums with the same performance – and has invented ECOWATTS to help the user to understand.
Let's give an example: a new vacuum displays 1000W max. features and a traditional vacuum cleaner displays 1200W max, the new vacuum will be 1200 ECOWATTS, but uses 20% less electricity!
As our machines were designed and built for cleaning it's right that they contribute to keeping the environment clean.
HOSPITAL
HOSPITAL, the traditional Soteco machine for hospitals, has had both an aesthetic and technological makeover. The look has changed because of the need for easily cleanable surfaces to avoid the build-up of dirt inside the vacuum. The introduction of plastic and antibacterial HEPA filters have made using this machine safer in places where hygiene is fundamental.
While the strict H certification is undergoing for dangerous dust, the new Hospital vacuum is already able to guarantee high safety thanks to filters and new plastics. The proliferation of bacteria inside the machine is therefore stopped when the machine is turned off. It is a great advantage to have eliminated a source of bacteria incubation and dispersion of germs in a hospital or public place.
